Terms of use

1. Creation of the contract
An order placed in the online store constitutes a binding contract when the order has been confirmed by email. The company reserves the right to reject the order due to, for example, product availability problems or payment difficulties.

2. Prices and payment
The prices displayed in the online store include VAT. The payment options are the most common credit cards and online bank payments, and the payment is made at the time of the order.

3. Delivery
We aim to deliver orders as soon as possible after receiving the order. Delivery costs are 6 euros for orders with a value of less than 100 euros. Orders over 100 euros are delivered without delivery costs.

4. Right of cancellation and returns
You have the right to cancel the order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act within 14 days. The returned product must be unused and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return costs, unless it is an incorrect or defective product.

5. Data protection
Personal data is processed confidentially and in compliance with valid data protection legislation. More information on privacy practices can be found on the privacy page.

6. Limitation of liability
The company is not responsible for delays or damages caused by force majeure. Product descriptions and availability may change without notice.

7. Intellectual property rights
All content of the website, such as images and texts, is protected by copyright. Commercial use of the material without permission is prohibited.
