Terms of delivery

1. Ordering
Placing an order in the online store is easy and straightforward. Order confirmation is sent by email when the order has been received.

2. Delivery
The products are delivered quickly and reliably to the address you choose.

• The delivery time for collection jewelry is approximately 3–7 business days.
• If there is a backlog of orders and the delivery time is temporarily extended, this will be announced on the front page of the online store and in the shopping cart before the order is confirmed.
• The delivery time for made-to-order jewelry varies by product and is always agreed separately.
• Delivery costs are 6 euros for orders with a value of less than 100 euros. Orders over 100 euros are delivered without delivery costs.

3. Delivery methods
You can choose Posti and Matkahuolto. The delivery method is selected when ordering.

4. Return and complaint
Collection jewelry has a 14-day right of return starting from receiving the product. The returned product must be unused and in the original packaging. Made-to-order jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a clear manufacturing defect in the product. More detailed instructions can be found on the Return Terms page. Please contact us before returning.

5. Prices and payment
All prices are without VAT, because as a newly started company, Jelea is not yet liable for VAT. This means that the prices do not include value added tax, and it will not be added to the total amount of the order. Accepted payment methods include online bank payments and credit cards.

8. Validity
These delivery conditions enter into force on May 1, 2024 and are valid until further notice.
