Return conditions

1. Right of return
Ready-made collection products have a 14-day right of return starting from receiving the product. Made-to-order products do not have the right to return, unless the jewelry has a clear manufacturing defect. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products that are returned in their original packaging.

2. Making a return
Before sending the product, notify us of your return intentions by e-mail to the address info@jelea.fi . The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving it.

3. Return costs
The customer is responsible for the return costs, unless it is an incorrect or defective product.

4. Refund
The price of the product and the original shipping costs will be refunded if the entire order is returned. The refund will be paid using the same payment method you used for the original order once the returned product has been received and processed.

5. Return instructions
Pack the product carefully in the original packaging to avoid damage during transport. Attach a return form or a written notification with the order number and the reason for the return.
