1. Right of Return 
Products from the ready-made collection have a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt of the product. The customer must notify the customer of their intention to return the product within 14 days of receiving the product. After this, the product has 14 days to be sent back. Custom-made products do not have a right of return unless there is a clear manufacturing defect in the jewelry. The right of return only applies to unused and saleable products that are returned in their original packaging.

2. Making a return
Notify us of your intention to return the product by email to info@jelea.fi within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be sent no later than 14 days after submitting the return notification.

3. Return costs
The customer is responsible for the return costs, unless the product is faulty or defective. 

4. Refund
The product price and original shipping costs will be refunded if the entire order is returned. The refund will be paid using the same payment method you used for the original order, once the returned product has been received and processed.

5. Return instructions
Pack the product carefully in the original packaging to avoid damage during shipping. Include a return form or written notification with the order number and reason for the return.
