Delivery terms

1. Ordering
Placement in the online store is easy and straightforward. An order confirmation will be sent by email when the order has been received.

2. Delivery
Products are delivered quickly and reliably to the address you have chosen.

  • The delivery time for collection jewelry is approximately 3–7 business days.
  • If orders are backlogged and the delivery time is temporarily extended, this will be announced on the online store's homepage and in the shopping cart before confirming the order.
  • The delivery time for custom-made jewelry varies by product and is always agreed separately.

  • The delivery costs are 5-7 euros, depending on the customer's choice, for orders with a value of less than €100. Orders over €100 are delivered without delivery costs.

3. Delivery methods
You can choose between Posti and Matkahuolto. The delivery method is selected when ordering.

4. Returns and complaints
Collection jewelry has a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt of the product. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a clear manufacturing defect in the product. More detailed instructions can be found on the Returns Terms page. Please contact us before returning.

5. Prices and payment
All prices are excluding VAT, as Jelea, as a newly started company, is not yet liable for VAT. This means that the prices do not include VAT, and it will not be added to the final order amount.

6. Payment methods
Online store payments are processed by Shopify Payments in cooperation with Vipps MobilePay and Klarna. Available payment methods may include card payments, MobilePay, Klarna invoice and installment payment. Klarna payments are subject to Klarna's own terms and conditions and possible additional costs. Please read Klarna's terms and conditions before choosing a payment method.
