Terms of use

1. Formation of the contract
An order placed in the online store constitutes a binding contract when the order is confirmed by email. The company reserves the right to reject the order, for example due to product availability problems or payment difficulties.

2. Prices and payment
The prices shown in the online store do not include VAT, as Jelea is not liable for VAT. The most common payment options are Shopify payments, Vipps Mobilepay and Klarna.

3. Delivery
We aim to deliver orders as soon as possible after receiving the order. The delivery costs are 6 euros for orders with a value of less than 100 euros. Orders over 100 euros are delivered without delivery costs.

4. Right of cancellation and returns
You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The product to be returned must be unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return costs, unless the product is faulty or defective.

5. Data protection
Personal data is processed confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. More information about data protection practices can be found on the data protection page.

6. Limitation of liability
The company is not liable for delays or damages caused by force majeure. Product descriptions and availability may change without notice.

7. Intellectual property rights

All content on the website, such as images and texts, is protected by copyright. Commercial use of the material without permission is prohibited.
